Postage
Every card is made to order, so allow 1–2 working days for us to make yours before it is posted. You choose your postage at checkout.
United Kingdom

Europe & rest of world

Personalised cards
You can have your own words hand-lettered onto the front of most cards for an extra £0.50. Please check your wording carefully before you order — a personalised card is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we are not able to change it once it has been made.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is anything wrong with your order — it arrives damaged, something is missing, or it is not what you expected — please get in touch and we will do our best to put it right. We are a two-person studio and we would always rather hear from you than have you disappointed.
Getting your address right
Please double-check your delivery address, including the postcode, before you pay. We cannot be held responsible for cards lost or delayed because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
